2006 George Orwell Free Speech Award Recipient:

Marc Lemire

In November, 2006, Marc Lemire received the 21st annual George Orwell Free Speech award in Victoria British Columbia for his valiant defence of freedom for all Canadians.

The George Orwell Free Speech award is given to people who have demonstrated a sincere love for freedom and our heritage of open debate and the pursuit of truth.

Past winners have included such notable people as: Doug Collins, Barbara Kulaszka, Ernst Zundel and Paul Fromm.
