VICTORY - Two Tribunal Rulings in Lemire Favour!
On
January 3, 2007, the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal issued two rulings on
two issues brought by Marc Lemire. In
both Marc Lemire was victorious! 1:
Marc Lemire is seeking to add Professor of Psychology and Behavioral
Neuroscience, Dr. Michael Persinger as an expert witness for the
Constitutional Motion brought by Marc Lemire. The
tribunal ruled in Marc Lemire’s favour, despite the howls from the
Canadian Human Rights Commission who think that the “Cohen Committee on
Hate Propaganda” is somehow untouchable. The Cohen Committee
provided the nonsense that the CHRC has been spouting for years that non-violent speech must be censored because of the damage it can
do to the
privileged minorities. Dr. Persingers testimony and expert report
blow the doors off the techno jargon and faulty research that the Cohen
Committee foisted on the Canadian population. Out of the Cohen
Committee came Canada’s notorious criminal “Hate” Law, as well as
being used to justify the
Canadian Human Rights Act severe limitation of freedom of speech.
Thanks to the Cohen Committee, Canadians have to suffer under a tribunal
system that rules things such as “truth is no defence” and “intent
is no defence” This
is the first time ever the Cohen Committee has been directly challenged by
such an expert witness, the caliber of Dr. Persinger. During the tribunal
hearing, Dr. Persinger will review, inter alia, the effect of hate laws on
society, particularly creativity and cognitive adaptability; the effect of
the Internet and other technological advances on the gullibility of the
present population; the effect of punishment of verbal behavior; the
effect on dignity and self-esteem, as alleged by the Cohen Committee. The
tribunal ruled: "Mr. Lemire is
therefore authorized to file the expert's report of Dr. Persinger ...
This will enable Mr. Lemire to call Dr. Persinger to testify as an expert
witness (In February, 2007)..." 2:
Marc Lemire is seeking to file an Amended Statement of Particulars
(Defence) The
tribunal also ruled that Marc Lemire can file his Amended statement of
Particulars, which now covered 108 separate points, backed up by five fact
witnesses and three expert witnesses, backed up with over 2000 pages of
documentation! The CHRC and complainant combined have a mere 2 page
document with around 10 points, backed up by a few pages of documentation. Marc

Ian MacDonald - Ian
MacDonald is the author of one of the impugned messages and will give
evidence regarding it. *
William Livingstone - Mr.
Livingstone will testify to the fact of Mr. Lemire being targeted by
Anti-Racist Action, a group before which Mr. Warman has been a prominent
speaker. Mr. Lemire has been attacked physically, had private property
vandalized and been threatened. He will identify documents in the case. He
will testify to the effect and his user experience of the Freedomsite.org. *
Jerry Neuman - Mr. Neuman
will prove documents relating to the case and video evidence. He will give
testimony about violence against those accused of hatred from his personal
experience. He will testify to the effect and his user experience of the
Freedomsite.org. *
Paul Fromm - Mr. Fromm has
represented various persons brought before Tribunals under section 13
and/or
is personally knowledgeable about others whom he did not represent. He
will provide testimony concerning the respondents and their cases. He will
identify documents he has received from persons who have laid complaints
under section 13 which were refused by the Commission. *
Kevin Strom - Mr. Strom is
the author of AIDS Secrets and will testify to the content of the article.
